Laurent Criqui is a well-known pastry chef, in the third generation of the business founded by Michael Criqui in 1945, continued by Mathern Criqui (Laurent's father), who died much too early.

Holders of a master's certificate and a range of management at the European Institute of Commerce Superior, Laurent can count on a loyal customer base, from both sides of the border, "a catchment area of 360°", as he likes to add!
This craftsman produces all of his masses and bases in his laboratory and only uses raw materials for his work.

In sales, Edith Criqui, Laurent's mother, supported by a team of charming saleswomen, is responsible for the commercial interface with customers. The combination of traditional values and modern technology is another example of the diversity of Laurent, who manages to be integrated into the present day and to remain true to his roots at the same time.
